ARTA MAGAZINE FEATURE INTERVIEW 2015
I hope that my art inspires dialogue. I would hate to think of it as a monologue, alone in a vacuum. My conceptual ceramic installations were borne of intense and passionate emotions. I am grateful that as an artist I am able to express my feelings in a way that can impact the viewer on a very visceral level. I want the audience to feel what I feel, to care about the issues I care about, to cry with me or laugh with me. Then I know that I have done my job!
